How do I connect my BI tool?
After installing MandaDatabase on Bitrix24, you will receive database access credentials (host, port, user and password). Use these credentials in your BI tool's database connector (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.).
How often is data updated?
Data is synchronized automatically. Frequency depends on your plan: the Free plan offers 50 credits/month with 1 simultaneous extraction, and Premium offers 500 credits/month with 5 simultaneous extractions.
What Bitrix24 data is extracted?
MandaDatabase extracts data from Leads, Deals, Contacts, Companies and Tasks. Each entity is organized in structured tables with all standard and custom fields.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. MandaDatabase was designed to be simple. Install the app, receive credentials and connect your BI. No need to create infrastructure, write code or manage servers.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Each client has a dedicated database with unique credentials. All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS and we comply with LGPD and GDPR standards.
